Dancing makes you happy and is good for both body and mind. This year, under the theme “Dance & Health”, schrit_tmacher brings dance to the Zuyderland Medical Centre in Sittard-Geleen, together with Mosa Ballet School from Liège. Everyone is welcome – patients, visitors, and staff – to join in for a short dance moment, standing, seated, or simply watching. No registration or special clothing needed: come as you are and move your day with dance!
