How does dance constantly reinvent itself in the moment of encounter? How can we communicate and improvise with each other through touch and weight sharing? In this workshop, we invite you to try this out and explore it together. Guided exercises help you to become aware of your own body, find your way into improvisation and enjoy encounters through contact. No previous experience is necessary. All you need is comfortable clothing, non-slip socks, water – and a desire to move!
