“Billy Elliot – I Will Dance” is the story of an 11-year-old boy from a mining family in Durham, northern England, during the 1984/85 miners’ strike, who secretly develops a passion for ballet and fights against his father’s expectations and social norms to pursue his dreams of dancing.
